Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to help with your move and are sorry to hear that your experience did not fully meet your expectations. Our goal was to focus on the larger and heavier furniture items within the two hour time frame requested. During the move, we had to adapt to several unexpected situations, including furniture that was not fully prepared, cleaning some items before moving them, moving a sectional couch from the basement, and relocating a treadmill from the basement around the side of the house. Despite these challenges, we did our best to work efficiently and complete as much as possible within the two hours. We always strive to provide the best service and appreciate your feedback. We wish you all the best in your new home.

I used this company to unload a 6x12 trailer on short notice. I booked at 1230pm and they arrived at 530pm. The movers spoke Spanish and very little English but we communicate via Google Translate.
