  • Mixed experience unloading our trailer. Jacob was hardworking, attentive, and took direction well; solid overall. The other mover, Zion, argued whenever I gave him instructions, and spent much of the job standing around while my wife (carrying our toddler!) and I did more physical work. He was on personal calls for most of the job, which further impeded taking direction. When I was moving multiple items per trip through the trailer, he told me to get out while he carried one item at a time. When it came time to get items off boxes in back, he claimed he was waiting for Jacob to clear the row in front. These kinds of excuses came up often. While I hustled to bring everything down myself since he refused to, he just stood there watching and arguing with me. When asked to move boxes straight into the house instead of stacking them at the edge, he insisted I was rushing them and that we needed more movers, despite being idle most of the job. Jacob's effort kept this from being one star.
