I stated what was needed, the locations, the challenges to Moving Help, then to Boxes First, and again when the movers arrived. Half way through they stated they had another job to go to and left me, we hadn't even finished loading. I used these guys before 2 years ago and was very satisfied with them. This time, they loaded items precariously which resulted in several broken items. I've moved many times before, this was the worst job I have ever seen. They deserve 0 stars for lack of processionalism, terrible loading, poor communication, and abandoning me without finishing the job. Never again will I hire Boxes First Movers.
