From the moment I selected the Moving Puzzle, Ro reached out within minutes to confirm the booking and ask some other questions. His communication was spot on through the whole process. Today, the move day, Jimmy and Ro both arrived ON TIME and they were extremely professional and personable which made everything great. We had to go to a 2nd floor apartment and they were extremely careful with all our belongings (couch, dresser, bed, headboard, mattress, etc) and they moved quickly with a purpose, but not fast. All in all, fantastic experience!

  • I cannot express my gratitude for these guys enough! They not only did the heavy lifting but did the perfect amount of u-haul Tetris to get all of our large furniture into the truck! They were friendly, polite, efficient, and so careful with our stuff. I would absolutely recommend them and will absolutely use them again!
