Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Communication was really bad. They were an hour and a half late. They did stay until the job was done, but then charged me an extra hour without informing me until after the fact. They were a little rougher on my things than other movers I have used. At the end of the day, in Chattanooga, they were the cheapest, but the same price in NC got me the best movers I've ever had a day prior (a different company).
Chris and his team were very helpful in getting mom's belongings out of her apartment. Although there were extenuating circumstances that caused Chris and his team to arrive later than we both would of liked Chris always communicated what was happening and ultimately did a very efficient job once they arrived at the apartment. I don't usually write reviews but Chris was very responsive and kind during a very stressful process that I have made an exception this time around. Top Movers will hear from me again if we have another job. Thank you
