  • The men packed the truck where the space was not utilized efficiently. One of the slats for my king bed was broken. And many unpacked items were put on the truck without questioning whether they should be placed loosely on the truck. Several small items have not been found.

    It's hard to load a truck efficiently and secure when you don't have things packed in boxes or containers. Nothing was packed up. Just loose things everywhere.
