• The moving team did not listen to instruction. We told them that the attic did not need to be loaded as we did not have enough items to load the attic and the rest of the truck. They didn't listen and said they knew best. They would not listen to any instruction on how to load items and again stated 'this is what we do'. Needless to say the truck was not packed well. They placed two large metal stands next to the refrigerator which proceeded to dent and scratch the freezer door. I tried contacting the company multiple times via email and telephone to get no response. They finally responded when I opened a case with MovingHelp. They responded once stating they did not do any damage. The next time they responded was when legal action was threatened. HORRIBLE company with no morals. The workers were unprofessional and stated that the company was under new management. Obviously new management is not good.

  Again I apologize that you did not have a good experience. I did ask when I spoke with you after the job was done if my guys did good and you said they had. This company is not under new management Thomas and Tyler started this company together and have been working it the only difference is Thomas has been fighting cancer which is the very reason your emails were not answered initially. He was sick and honestly did not look at his email. As far as the attic this is the first you have said anything about it. I can assure you my guys would never make you take items you do not want to take. The refrigerator was not damaged before you left and there were no metal racks against it. If it ended up against metal racks it is because it was not secured properly as Tyler wanted to do when you told him to just put it in there.
