• I want to start by saying the actual movers were great, everyone else was horrible especially the so called coordinator, If you want to be told whatever gets the service, and doesn't deliver on time or barely at all. If you want someone to bold face lie to you then, when you call him back because he lied then he won't answer your calls, then he's your guy. Unprofessional at best. The only reason for the 2nd star is the actual movers that did show up were great

• Workers were late and no communication from D-Line. Showed up 1.15 hours late and no compensation back for the work I did for an hour waiting on the crew... Was on a timeline, go figure. D-Line said they would look to adjust rate and would call me back...Shocker no call back. Movers-Workers were good but will not use D-Line for future move.

• This company was non communicative and showed up 3 hours late. First, only one mover showed up for over 30 minutes and started moving my small stuff, which I needed help with just my larger furniture. I was moving my smaller stuff on my own. They took 2.5 hours to load my one bedroom apartment on the first floor, nearest the street. It should have taken an hour and a half max. I booked them for three hours. When they told me at 4.30, they wouldn’t be at my apartment until 6pm, I explained I only booked my Uhaul until 9pm, so I needed them to hurry. After they packed the Uhaul, they told me they’d meet me at the unloading address which was 15 minutes away. They got in their car and we headed to the house. While I was driving, they texted me that they weren’t allowed to come unload me and had to go to their next move at 8.45 pm So, I was stuck with no furniture, everything packed in a Uhaul, and no help. He then blocked me. And now they won’t respond to any messages.
