• Hate to leave a poor review! Nice guys, but, I wanted to extend time since we were not finished. Guy said ok but pay me directly, no problem. I paid for 2 more hours. 1 hour 15 minutes in and they were wanting to settle up. I thought surely they weren’t not leaving. But yes. He said that he had loaded 3 sets of washer dryers and he wasn’t expecting that. I asked how that’s different than a sofa or something else in a house to be moved. Said he charges more for that. Would have been great to know when I was paying him for extra time, that was done at the very beginning. Felt like he wasn’t honest with me. Got snippy on the phone when I was trying to figure out why I was shorted, so I just dropped it. He should have told me. I felt like he knowingly deceived me. I know they were tired bc they had a job right before. But since they didn’t finish, I had to rent another truck and another crew on another day. Really frustrating.

  Thank you for your review, but the situation needs to be clarified. Your 2 hour order covered loading and unloading a storage with multiple washer and dryer sets and many heavy boxes. We completed all of that and still helped you pick up more boxes and appliances, then loaded even more items at another property. We also worked an extra hour that you approved and paid. The amount of work you expected was far beyond what was booked, and it was not possible to continue because we had another confirmed job after yours. We were honest and completed more than what the order included. Leaving a negative review after receiving extra help on several occasions, including a previous job, is not fair. We take pride in doing our work correctly and respecting the time booked.

• Movers worked extremely hard so 5 stars for them. The issue was no one spoke English so had no way to communicate during the process which was very frustrating. I wish the owner had relayed this so we could have had a plan in advance. They were also over an hour late and couldn’t contact the owner. Since workers were really great and offered a great price, I would still use them again.
