• Our move started off with a lot of stress since we couldn’t get in touch with the movers. The owner did try to help locate them, but by the time they arrived, we had already loaded the UHaul ourselves out of fear they wouldn’t show. We paid $170 for two hours of help (plus a $130 tip due to their tough circumstance), but only received one hour of service due to their late arrival and lack of communication. They showed up with a flat tire and no phone-understandable, but still frustrating given the circumstances. Once at the unload location, they worked hard in the heat and were efficient and respectful. A couple of large furniture pieces were damaged and hit the wall, taking off some paint, most likely due to the turn in the stairwell. I haven’t unpacked the boxes yet, so I’m unsure if anything inside was broken. I truly appreciated their effort once on-site, but I do think a partial refund or discount would have been appropriate, as the full length service wasn’t provided as expected

• They were an hour late and broke one of my lamps. Their supervisor refuses to compensate me. Terrible customer service.

  I actually spoke with you about replacing the lamp so not sure why you would say I refused to compensate you
