  • Phil and Andre showed up right on time and completed loading of items into PODS container. Items appeared to be wrapped and packed tightly for move. We won’t know for sure until unloading completed but so far has met or exceeded our expectations.

  • They said I would need to pay more for a heavy item which was not mentioned before they arrived. This felt a bit sketchy. We worked it out eventually but I would have preferred to know up front.
