  • The two guys that came and helped were great. But I had originally been scheduled for noon and they didn’t show up until 3. There was extreme miscommunication about what was happening. The day before they asked if I could push back my time by a couple of hours which I asked if we could keep at the time scheduled because I had already booked other things to happen. Then a whole other crew was sent to me rather than the original ones scheduled. It was not a great experience but they guys did a good job and a safe job.

  • Horrible experience. The owner lied repeatedly...claiming his crew had family emergencies but that his '#1 team' was coming. In reality, he posted on Craigslist and sent a total stranger to my home - 3 hrs late - without telling me. This random person wasn’t an employee, had never moved for him before, and even showed me the Craigslist ad. This was a huge safety issue - he was given my full info and showed up where my wife & baby were. I only received 1 untrained 'mover' instead of 2, so I had to do half the move myself. We couldn’t finish, so I had to cancel my destination movers & had to rebook a truck and 2 new teams the next day. I believe this is the owner’s grift - pretending to have a crew while outsourcing to strangers on Craigslist so he doesn’t have to do any actual work. A complete waste of time, money, and trust.
