  When I made a reservation, I got a call to confirm and the time. I got a phone call one day prior again and the day they were coming in. Omar and OB? were great. They asked questions to help move efficiently. They were amazing. I was moving from CT to MI so I couldn't hire them again for unloading. If I were moving within CT, I would have used them for unloading for sure! I highly recommend them to anyone who need moving help! They made my moving so much easier. I could clean my apartment while they were loading. When they finished loading, I was ready to go! My husband was happy with them as well. Thank you so much!

  Davis hauling and junk removal

  At first the communication was good, while I was told that U-Haul had double booked their day, she assured me I would have 2 helpers at 9am. One guy arrived at 11am. He said he'd been called last minute. I called the owner and was assured that she had the rest of the crew there 'soon'. The guy started moving my stuff downstairs and it sat in the sun for two hours. I ended up starting to move stuff as well to try to get things moving. I am disabled and SHOULD NOT be lifting things but felt like I had no choice. The 'crew' arrived. A mother and her 3 teenaged children. They were rough with some of my stuff, and some Christmas ornaments were broken. I haven't been able to check the rest. We were not finished until 4pm. I had planned on using this company again for the 2nd part of my move but the owner won't return calls or texts. Apparently she's only interested in larger jobs, not apartments.
