PLEASE BE ADVISED. When using us for both load AND unload services we do require a three hour minimum per trip. Please be advised that unused time will not be refunded due to us taking that time from our day.

  • The company never reached out to confirm a time for the move. I had to call them and they told me they could not do 9am because someone else requested this time. I reserved very well in advance. I scheduled my move for a Sunday. The morning of the cancelled on me due to a call in and i could reschedule to the next day. We rescheduled for the next day. Mind you my husband and I both need to call in. Movers showed up late smelling like weed. I paid for 3 hours of work and they only provided 2 without completing the job, leaving my husband and I to finish. This company should not be affiliated with U-Hual. I tired to call the manager to leave my concerns but the voicemail is full. I would avoid at all cost.
