• Communication to the jobsite was the only thing good about this move. Movers don’t listen to anything I planned for the move, which resulted in more time for the move, more cost for me, and they damaged a $10,000 refrigerated display case. Yes! they shattered the entire glass panel by laying glass side down on a dolly. Glass to dolly and they had one pad in between folded I half once. I had 4 dozen pads and the back of the unit was made of solid metal! They could have laid it on its back and went through the double doors. Totally inexperienced movers I don’t know how they got the reviews they have. I had a total of 10 people moving and most of the time I had to tell everyone from both moving helper crews to keep moving because they kept wasting time. What’s even worse, the lead man left right after they damaged my display case. Then the rest of the crew was about to leave and the job wasn’t even finished, but they did stay while the lead man left. Inexperienced and unprofessional.
