Nick, the owner is personable, kind and professional. He was on time and thorough with the entire move. Both Cody and Adam who assisted were respectful and organized. I would recommend Lamb’s Moving. You will be pleasantly surprised. Worth every penny plus a generous tip.
My movers were friendly and helpful. One was sent to the wrong address (due to a last-minute sub), so I got the other an Uber. They arrived after noon, though I had requested a 10-12am window to match my 1pm loading dock reservation. I booked last-minute, so I don’t fault the movers for that. At my new place, the building asked for a COI, which I hadn’t requested. The movers didn’t know what that was, and I tried calling their boss (whose number is listed) multiple times over 20 minutes with no answer and no voicemail option. I had to bring everything in myself once the reservation expired. That was on me..but the lack of response was frustrating. Lastly, my TV was deeply scratched and, once powered on, I discovered it was completely cracked.
