I booked for unloading services only and will admit I was underprepared for the moving job (no blankets) but I do not think it would have made much a difference. I requested three men and only one guy showed up. His other guy had car problems and no mention of a third person. It was not a job meant for one and one piece in particular was damaged in the process. Once I realized that nobody else was going to come, I offered to pay for the services and be done but the person declined saying it would be the same with two or three people. The one guy did get all the pieces up there and they were heavy pieces. He was also very flexible on the timing for arrival as it had to be done after business hours which I appreciate. Unfortunately I would likely not schedule services again through this company though due to that.
