    Ny Best On-Time Movers

    As a returning customer, I was very disappointed with the service this time. I booked three movers this year for a smaller 1B1B apartment on the FIRST floor with fewer items (Compared in2022). Unfortunately, this team was much less efficient and did not finish the job within the scheduled time. I even borrowed a dolly from the building, but it did not help much. One worker was noticeably slower than the others; while the other two had already made 2-3 trips, he had only completed one trip carrying light items. The team lacked strategy in moving and loading the truck. After they left, I spent 3 extra hours loading the rest and reorganizing the truck myself. The owner later said one worker was not motivated after a prior job, but I paid for three prepared movers. Very disappointing experience. BE AWARE OF YOUR MOVING TIME and DOUBLE CHECK YOUR WORKERS ( AVOID less-motivated workers)
