The two helpers arrived earlier than expected and were very friendly and ready to work. They were quick in loading our items into the truck. The only complaint we have is that while they were efficient in bringing down our items and getting them in the truck, they did not do a great job of situating the items inside the truck. Instead of doing the larger items like the mattress first and perhaps securing on one side of the truck, they did all of the smaller items and boxes first, and then placed the mattress on top without any good support to hold the mattress up. It was just floating on top of the other stuff. Once we started driving, the mattress and some of the other larger items shifted, falling down and causing some damage to some of our other items. We also had to be careful when opening the trailer door for fear that some of the items would fall out because they had shifted so much. They were great at the labor part but did not seem very experienced at the loading part.
