• The movers did their job quickly and efficiently. They were very polite and did anything. I asked of them but 15 minutes before their scheduled time they told me that they will be an hour and a half late. I let that slide because I am most definitely understanding, but then they called me and told me that they will be another hour late. They made it to me a total of two hours late exactly which pushed everything else behind the dispatch seemed to shrug it off and I didn’t appreciate it but when they did come, they told me that the client before me was a hassle and I understood completely and they got straight to work. Outside of the complete time inconvenience I was very pleased and would recommend.

• Dear Midwest Movers, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent move. The moving crew arrived two hours late, and one of the movers was clearly underage, even though I was assured that only experienced adult movers would handle my job. Throughout the move, the workers took multiple breaks, frequently used their phones, and displayed an overall lack of professionalism. At one point, their car was even pulled over by the police, which caused additional delays. Afterward, the movers had to walk half a block to reach my location before unloading. One mover continued talking on the phone the entire time instead of focusing on the job—he could have at least used an earpiece. To make matters worse, I was later informed I would be charged for an extra two hours, which I find completely unacceptable given the delays and poor service provided. I expect a review of these charges and an appropriate adjustment to reflect the unprofessional and inef

• When talking on the phone I always had a bad connection but the 2 people that showed up to work with me today were Excellent!!!
