They were really good overall. I rented a small truck and did not realize I would need a bigger one. They did try to pack as much as possible and were very nice and professional while working. I booked them for 2 hours, but the move only took about 1 hour. They explained that they have a 2-hour minimum charge, but they only do one load and one unload regardless of how many hours you book. So even if you reserve more time, they will still only load one truck and unload it once. Because of that, I ended up paying for two hours but only receiving one hour of actual service. I wish I had read the fine print more carefully. Lesson learned. make sure you have the correct truck size before booking. Overall, I do recommend them just be sure not to make the same mistake I did. Also, communication is by text only (no phone calls), and responses are brief.
