We were told that we had to pay an additional hour for travel time. We brought it to his attention that he advertised in the area, not us. The manager (Mark) finally agreed. The guys showed up and hour late. But once they arrived they worked hard and quick. They were great. Thanks guys.

1) They were sloooow 2) Multilple times I had to say ALL these things go... 3) One guy took a smoke break during the move 4) They didn't know how pack a truck or trailer

Mr. Epp you called me for a last minute move the guys had just finished a move. My apologies I could not be there. But the guys I sent to you came off another move as well. We stepped in when another company left you hanging. Last minute jobs leaves no preparation. And the guys dont smoke. Maybe vape
