The overall communication to confirm the move was good although there could have been a better coordination. The movers did leave a huge scratch on my hardwood floor and the company did not take any accountability.

They came in relatively on time with good altitude. Fred is the strong one, but his partner is weak, unable to handle the dining tabletop that I separated it from the base for them causing the edges to scratch. The tabletop is big, but I didn't think that they couldn't handle them because I was able to lift it myself and therefore failed to follow behind to assist as with all other big pieces of furniture that I had them to move.
