  Hired 2 helpers for 2 hours to load and unload. Was told the moving help would arrive between 1200-1230, I gave them the benefit of the doubt but by 1238 I had completed loading the truck on my own. Notified moving company I was heading to unload as none had shown up. At which point I was told they were on their way. They eventually showed up at 1319 by which point I had finished approaximately 85 percent of the job with a third of the truck left to unload. The two workers that showed up reeked of weed and took several breaks in the 15 minutes of help they provided. I requested a refund from the company for their failure to show up on time and provide the services they had been hired for at which point I was told they operate on a 2 hour minimum. I am now being told it will be 60 days before any potential refund is issued but given their lack of appropriate communication and promptness I find hard to believe.

  I had such a great experience with this moving company today. Ricardo and Alonso came to help me with my move, and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They arrived on time, were professional, polite, and handled everything with so much care. They worked quickly and efficiently, making sure all of my belongings were well taken care of, and they didn’t stop until the job was done perfectly. What really stood out was their positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to make the process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication. If you’re looking for movers who are reliable, respectful, and go above and beyond, I highly recommend asking for Ricardo and Alonso. They made what could have been a stressful day into a very pleasant experience!
