  • I appreciate the crew being fast and efficient, they were really kind and asked me if I had any concerns or items that were fragile and needed to be treated with care. I scheduled for three hours, they finish loading the truck from my storage in about 45 minutes, the remainder of the time was taken unloading and moving into my apartment, I think it took so long because I moved to the second floor other than that this is my second time booking with them, will continue to do so

  • The first two men hired to load my Uhaul did great got it done in two hours. Now today, I hired two more guys to unload the truck. They kept taking breaks, which I ended up having to help them. I understand it was very hot today, but they came with sodas and not water. Luckily my apartment manager had some. Now that I'm moving things around in my new place, I've noticed they damaged the following items TV stand Back of couch is ripped about 2 inches long. One of my lamps is broken at the bottom They took of my fitted sheets on my mattresses and they're covered in dirt now Couch and cushions are filthy so I will need to get them cleaned That's what I've noticed so far. I will not hire this company again and I hope they inform they're workers to be prepared to work in the heat and bring their own waters, cooling towels and fans to keep them cool. Oh and one of the guys needed to take a poop, which was weird lol Lastly, none of the 4 workers spoke English

  • The two movers were prompt and respectful with my property when loading and unloading. We tipped our movers in cash.
