My issue wasn’t the company but the website and how things are done. I submitted work for 2 hours for a load and unload. I was called last night to see if it was for either or. The whole ordeal was stressful when it didn’t have to be. Thankful for the gentleman that called me last night and the 2 gentlemen that came to help today. The company nor the movers are the problem but the system and how it’s explained is the problem. I shouldn’t have to pay 4 hours for something that was not even an hour of work. I’m ok with paying 2 hours as it’s the minimum. 4 hours for less than a hour worth of work is my issue! It has absolutely nothing to do with the movers nor their company! They were quick and efficient. I love the transparency.
