  • TLDR The movers arrived late smelling like weed and charged us an arm and a leg when they couldn’t get the job done in the time we booked. We had a pretty negative experience. I should have booked a different company when communication on the front end was sparse and unprofessional. On the day of our move, the team did not show up in our booked time window of 8-9, but rather showed up at about 0950. The men smelled like weed when they got to our house. While they were pleasant to interact with, they did not approach the job with energy and it took a very long time. We’d booked them for 3 hours for an across town move. They ended up calling in a third man and going 2.5 hours over, which we were charged $250 extra for. We cannot recommend this company and will not use them again. Hopefully they will improve communication and increase professionalism. We wish them luck.

    We understand you aren't pleased with your moving experience. We did attempt to accommodate your request to change the original arrival window from of 9-10 to 8-9 but we were ultimately unable to do so. With us being based in Decatur, morning traffic to Alpharetta did not comply. You booked us 3 hours to load and unload a completely full 20ft Uhaul(most recent pictures on our page), consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 living rooms. With the stairs on the load and the 50 yard walk to the apartment on the unload, finishing in 3 hours wasn't possible for our 2 man team. When we communicated this, we offered to get mainly the furniture items for time sake but were told to get everything and you'll weren't worried about time. We also brought in a 3rd man that we discounted the price for by 33 percent, as we wanted to complete the job. We also provided blankets, straps, and dollies to max efficiency.
