• This company mentioned that they would be at the location at 9 am and were late. They promised to have additional helpers to come help mover everything and they did not show up. They got two pods at a time and initially mentioned that they would be done within a 30 minute time span to load each of the uboxes. Based on how they began packing the box, I had to interrupt because the guy did not use much tactical thinking when it came to placing everything in the box. By 2pm the work began again and this time I had to hire additional help because I was there for much longer than anticipated. Shortly after the project was completed, one of the movers has been texting me and making advances towards me. Sending photos and all to make me become interested in dating or seeing him. I was appalled by thier lack of efficiency and professionalism. Miss Tanya was nice but she was not my ideal idea of a mover. Uhual should not work this company any more. I should have had my own help.

  it not my fault that i had to what for the boxes to be loaded and we are only able to bring two at a time and we took them back and had to wait again to be loaded it takes time to drive back and forth and yes my helper didn't show im sorry about that we worked as fast as we could to get your things packed and who ever you gave your number to is not my problem but a bad report is not good when we worked above and beyond for you
