• I had a couple of damaged items and the movers argued with each other about how to move some of the items, which ate into the scheduled hours that I booked. Additionally, the were trying to rush me to say the job was finished; however, I booked them for 2 hours and they started rushing me when there was still 30 minutes left.

  Good morning friend Taylor M 1. Friend first we didn t pack any of the items you asked us to move When we arrived they had stretch wrap on them making it difficult for us to know if they were good or bad 2 When I arrive at the loading and unloading location I ask the client what items are going to be moved so I can organize You told me the entire bed two televisions a table a sofa a folder and some chairs I asked you if there was anything else and you said only that I ll move the rest myself It will take an hour and 20 minutes because it was a move in the same building from the 4th floor to the 1st floor Since I had already finished my service you told me to make one more trip and I told you Im done but Im going to do you a favor because its an abuse 3 He also forgot to mention in the review that he used my materials, such as the dolly, to move his things without asking my permission, for which I did not make any kind of claim or charge him extra
