The move was originally for a Monday evening between 4 to 7 pm but due to hot weather warning, they wanted to move it to the next day. We agreed on Tuesday morning for 7 am since I had to return the truck the same day. Three guys arrived around 7.37 am and got the truck unloaded before the 2 hour mark was up so I was happy about that. However, I was told they would have dollies or tools to help move, which was not the case and they used the furniture dolly and utility dolly I rented from UHaul. It got the job done but it took a lot more trips between the truck and the apartment. If I had more things, I think this would have been challenging to finish in the two hours. Overall communication could be improved slightly but they helped complete my move at a reasonable rate.

They were really efficient, and even though my apartment is on the second floor, they had no issues bringing things upstairs, nothing came damaged
