  • There was a need to send the backup crew...as a result, they were way past the time that they were supposed to show up...but I'll tell you, they were everything that any customer, boss, company, or country would want. They apologized for the delay and assured me that they would get the job done...AND THEY REALY DID!...in record time in the dark! Extremely helpful, knowledgeable when queried, and strong as can be! They deserve a raise and free drinks at the nearest spot....Tipped on the spot!
