  • I spoke with a moving coordinator the day of my move for him to ask me about the amount of walking necessary for the move. That’s not something you ask 20 minutes before a move. The movers were late and rude. One of them got snotty with other movers in my building. They arrived with no supplies, no Dollie’s. Never again!

    We ask all questions necessary to prepare mentally for a move before we arrive. Based on movinghelp uhaul policy, customer provides all supplies including dollies. Your move got done within time frame and no extra fees were charged. Don't ever book us again, the job will get denied. We don't appreciate reviews that are undeserving and not positively criticizing, you booked a same day move that got done in time but complaining of unnecessary things.
