Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
First of all those guys were great and did a superb job in moving my furniture. Those guys were great and they understood what customer service actually meant. The reason why I gave them a 3 stars in service was because even though they did an amazing job, they still got my furniture and my wall damage which is the result of only having 2 workers.
This was a good service. The movers were fast and efficient. They were running a little late however they made up for it with their efficiency. There was a small language barrier, but nothing that we could not overcome on a scale of 1to 10, I rate this service at 9.5 only taking off .5 points for the tardiness,But everything else went well. I will use Cactus Valley movers again.
