  • I booked 2 movers for 2 hours through Moving Help and provided all requested information beforehand, including both locations, truck size, stairs and a detailed item list. The movers arrived about 25 minutes late. After the initial load and unload, the truck was nearly full and several items remained. I understand a larger truck may have helped, but there was still approximately 1 hour remaining on the 2 hours I paid for. I asked them to return so we could use the remaining paid time for another load. They followed me back, but then said their boss told them they could not continue because they had another job. I paid for 2 movers for 2 hours, but was not allowed to use the remaining time. I asked to speak with their boss but was not given the opportunity and was pressured into providing the payment code. The number they gave me went immediately to voicemail. I was left to complete the remaining work myself, taking several additional hours. Very disappointing experience.
