several pieces of furniture sustained numerous nicks and scratches due to what i consider improper loading by this crew. Specifically they failed to utilize available padding blankets to protect furniture during loading and packing.. Thus far I have not received a response to the claim I've submitted several weeks ago. I have delayed submitting this review so as to allow a response and resolution of my claim. My understanding was that there would be a response within 14 days.and there has not been.

All 3 I met were friendly. I man expertly loading my truck was AWESOME !! Expertly packed all of my things !! Very happy !! If you need moving help, I would highly recommend this company !!

Overall, the process was adequate. We received a call the day before to schedule the unload and they provided a point of contact. On the day, the team was 45 minutes late to unload, leaving us standing around waiting. It took three phone calls to track them down but once they showed up, they were fine.
