There is a problem between Moving help system and Uhaul system that somehow does not do the correct pricing. What I was sold and charged on the system was an hourly rate for 2 movers on both the origin and destination. At the origination location in Oregon everything was smooth for payment and calculation based on the number of hours used. At destination however in Morrobay I was informed that Uboxes unloading is different pricing and does not follow the hourly rate pricing and are based on number of Uboxes and not hourly at all. They said that the first box is 200 and additional boxes are 100 each . I paid what I was charged originally for 2 hours for 2 men on the system paid an additional payment of 200 in cash. The entire unload took 1.5 hours for 2 person and I ended up paying approximately 450.00 for a Job well done that took a total of 1.5 hours. I think you need to fix your pricing at Moving help so that everyone is aware of what they have to pay in advance.
