  • The two guys that came to unload the U-Haul were local and on-time. They finished the job in the time requested and were in good spirits, nice to make small talk with. My move time was able to be rescheduled to a later time easily. There was no damage to any belongings going from truck to second floor apartment. The owner was quite persistent with calls and texts which was a bit annoying on a move day. He called at the end and was quite abrupt with wanting the code for payment. Overall, a decent experience.
