  • I hired movers for two hours to move my nephew. Upon arrival they were obviously dismayed that I had misjudged and misreported the amount of stuff to be moved (who knew people had so much stuff!!) but to me two hours is two hours so what does it matter? How was I to know that it’s near impossible to load and unload a 2 bedroom apartment in 2 hours? Once this was mentioned, I requested an additional hour to which they and their boss agreed (they could have said no). The major issue came into play with time keeping. The movers were definitely using different math than I (maybe forgetting they took a 30 min break) and I had to get the boss involved to get the last 10-15 min of my time (which completed the move) while one mover complained loudly. A text confirmation of start and stop times in the future might avoid such a situation. An evening move was clearly a problem. The guys were very nice and efficient otherwise. The boss (Cody) was kind and accommodating.

    Dana we are sorry that you had a negative experience despite our hard work and efficient service. We did track the hours and after you sent us to the wrong address to start with, we unfortunately were not feeling charitable to give you and more of our time for free. So we stuck with the actual hours we worked, and we were not willing to work for free for you. Our prior reviews speak to the dedication of our work and our workers.   • Our first time using movers and they were outstanding. Moved 8000lbs out of a 26ft uhaul in 3 hours including a 700lb safe through an very tight space. 11 out of 10 would recommend to everyone moving in or out of their home. Additionally they had great attitudes and made moving in stress free.
