The two men who actually did the work had to move my furniture down 4 flights of stairs due to an elevator malfunction which trapped one workman inside. Fire department had to come open the doors and the elevator was left nonfunctioning. The company owner called in 2 more helpers who never showed so the move took an additional 1.5 hours. I was charged more than the owner originally quoted me with the elevator malfunction as he based it on the extra workers.

Unfortunately, Uhaul only allows us the option to charge extra by the hour, so while we did comp you a free hour of labor, since we had to keep the payment through Uhaul, we were unable to give you the extra discount originally quoted

TJ and Angelo were great to work with. They kept a steady pace and were careful with everything. The truck was tightly packed and strapped down.
