  I scheduled 2 movers for 3 hours in the morning, and they called to tell me they wouldn’t be there until 4ish. Then, they arrived with a third person, which we didn’t pay for, and began moving. They finished everything but ONE thing, our fridge, and sat in their truck for over 45 minutes before we came out to ask what they were doing. They tell us that they don’t know if they can get it inside when they could’ve told us that the whole time. So we start brainstorming, come up with a plan, and long story short, our fridge is sitting on our porch outside. We were so done with it all that we just decided to pay them and figure it out ourselves, THEN they tell us we have to pay for the third man we didn’t ask for. The only reason the third was even there was because their last job required three men. Not us, though. And we had to pay for it. The moving itself was fine, though they did break a piece of our trim and some trim off a bookshelf.

  In N Out No BS Loading N Unloading

  The day started great the manager communicated effectively in the workers showed up on time. I paid for a 2-hour time slot about a hour and a half in they were doing a fantastic job loading everything in a compact effective manner. Then everything went wrong I continue to remind them that there were still furniture that needed to be loaded and they blatantly disregarded this and started loading loose materials from the garage. I asked them several times did they feel confident they were going to fit everything and each time they told me yes. Then as the last hour approached they decided to shut the truck door ask for payment and left. They did not load my lawn equipment and several items in my garage. I reached out to management and never receive any response. They decided to load two heavy wooden headboards on an aluminum rack which completely crushed it during the move.
