Legitimately the worst move I’ve ever experienced. Shattered my lamp, scratched my furniture, destroyed model cars, rolled over collectibles, overloaded boxes on Dollie’s that tipped over and crashed on ground before getting to elevator, left expensive paintings unattended near elevators, didn’t communicate with me on item placement, threw mattress in zone not designated for waste, yelled at random lady to move her car, both were on phone constantly, and one was trying to move my stuff with cigarette under finger on the box. I am still totaling the damage. Also rounded up to 3 hours of service when only performing 2.5 and constantly blamed other movers when committing loading errors.
