• I had a bad experience with these movers. I now have to deal with and pay for scratched up and dented walls and floors. I have contacted the owner of this company and he blamed me for not having all of my furniture wrapped in plastic even though his movers did not lift and move my furniture, but dragged my furniture across my floors and scratched up my walls without any care. Might initially be a cheaper option but will wind up costing you more in the long run. Save yourself the frustration and use another moving company.

  Our terms of service clearly require all clients to have all furniture protected with blankets and plastic. We don't just recommend this, we require clients to read, understand and agree that they will abide by these terms of service. Further, we inform clients that if their furniture is not protected with blankets and plastic that damages are all but guaranteed due to the normal rigors of a move. A Labor Only service, ordered through MovingHelper comes with only one guarantee an that is a certain number of movers for a certain number of hours. A client takes it upon themselves to act as project manager and they must ensure that they are properly prepared for their move, and have properly prepared the moving area and the tools and equipment needed for the move to be a 100 percent success. If our guys do not receive plastic, blankets and other tools necessary to perform the move we are limited in what we can do and the final result is not one we can 100 percent guarantee
