Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Unfortunately the lack of experience was a big issue. They couldn't handle the big furniture with care, several wood furniture were damage, the recliner sofa is twisted, a standing lamp glass shade was broken. Even though they replace the glass shade was replaced, it was the wrong model, size and color, besides the whole lamp is twisted. And they charge $140.00 more for their services, which was unexpected.
The team was amazing. Very quick, professional and careful with the furniture. Highly recommend!
Jose and Jonathan were excellent. They helped us pack really well- our stuff didn't budge an inch in the truck after they packed it. Helpful and fast. Would definitely recommend & use again
