Originally estimated 9-930am arrival window, messaged at 913am to say en route. Arrived 1030am, 3 men. Apologized for late arrival. Wasn't much left in the U-box except the heavy stuff by then (we started unloading the smaller boxes ourselves in the meantime), but not a big deal because the heavy stuff is what I hired them for. They were careful with everything and managed the awkward size heavy wobbly stuff through tight turns and low clearances. They reassembled my couch for me, too (reattached the legs). Very polite. U-box was empty by 1110am. Deducting one star because of the very delayed start and someone smelled like weed, making me think that was related to the late arrival. I didn't know there was tipping on this survey page, I tipped in person.
