• The communication for this job was great - they were very professional and reached out with updates. However, on the day of my move one of the movers did not show up so they did not have someone who was familiar with loading the truck or any of the needed equipment like a dolly. They started an hour later due to this and unfortunately, the truck was not packed very well (many of my fragile boxes were put on the bottom -- very frustrating!), in addition, it ended up taking an extra hour than expected and I was still charged the same rate even though it was their fault for not providing the 3 mover. Overall, it's a great company, just think the situation should have been handled a little differently and that I wasn't charged the same rate for their own mess up.

  We fulfilled our obligation with 2-Mover Crew order and unfortunately the 3rd mover we recommended to add to this job called out sick. We still feel that our 2-crew did a fair loading job and we also reimbursed this client for the minor damages that occured. Really appreciate your business!
