  • Their staff had us moved into our 2nd floor apartment in under 2 hours, with a 20’ Uhaul Truck stuffed to the top. They were efficient, asked questions on where things should go, used common sense for items that I wanted to store (car jacks, tools, yard care not needed at apt). My appointment was around 3, but with a delay in receiving keys from the landlord they had no problem coming at 4 instead. Would recommend them to anyone in the area with moving needs.

  • They arrived with 4 guys and only worked for 1 hour because according to them it was the same service 2 guys for 2 hrs as 4 guys for 1 hr. They just put everything inside of the house and didn't listen to instructions to what room things had to go into.

    We feel it is important to provide some context for anyone reading this review. The reviewer was not present at the delivery. This was a moving company that contracted our local moving crew to perform the unloading for their customers. We worked directly with the customers who were actually there, as well as the driver, and they understood and were satisfied with how the unloading was handled. We were sent to unload a 26ft box truck of and completed that work with four movers in one hour. Four movers for one hour is four labor-hours, just as two movers for two hours is four labor-hours. The customers on site did not raise these concerns while our crew was there. We stand behind our work and would have gladly addressed any concerns immediately had they been brought to our attention. We were the local labor crew hired by the moving company, not the company that contracted with the customer for the entire move.
