  • The moving helpers never got in touch with me. I had to reach out to them a couple of days before to check the exact time of arrival. They did not coordinate with U Haul facility for the time of pick up of the U boxes. U Haul called me letting me know they are trying to get in touch with them. Communication was very poor. The night before my move I asked for the time I should expect them, they still could not give me an exact time. They damaged my hard wood floor while carrying my furniture. They were not willing to find a solution or take responsibility for the damage. I would not use their services again.

    We have in text message form After 1pm for you is best we confirmed that around 9am so we arrived at 3pm we spoke on the phone at 9am 130pm and 230pm as far as damage that is weird because you would not show me and asked me to file an insurance claim for it for you
