I rented a 20' uhaul to move furniture out of my storage unit. I wasn't sure if a 20' truck was big enough, but everything was placed in the truck perfectly.

This was an okay experience. It took me calling a couple of times to get confirmation and a time to request, even then I got no confirmation that my requested time was accepted. I was left wondering if someone was going to show up. They showed up 30 minutes late, notifying me by text 10 minutes before my requested start time. This put me late getting the truck back. They were polite and pleasant . Worked well despite the humidity and 3 flights of stairs. There were some long pauses between loads. I rented a utility dolly to make things easier but they chose not to use it. They did help me get my large packages from the mail room that the carrier didn't bring to my door, that was extremely helpful. I appreciated that very much.
