• Richard was very communicative before and during the move - always professional. His tetris skills are unrivaled. My daughter did not tape the boxes on the bottom, and yet they dropped nothing. Not one scratch or broken item in an 8 hour drive. Our move was a giant PIA because her apartment was about as far from the loading dock as it could possibly have been, but all went well. I will say that Richard's helper, although a nice man, does say a lot of negative things about the quality of the furniture or even the color of the couch...Who buys a white couch? I believe he's just trying to make conversation, but should be counseled a bit to only be positive... a 20-something doesn't typically have the best furniture or know all about moving. Otherwise, I have only great comments! They were fast, efficient, friendly, expert packers and got it done!

• Richard and his assistant were okay. The assistant came in with a bad attitude from the start. I booked them for 4 hours and had lots of extra moving blankets to use for the move. They did not use all the moving blankets and rushed to be done in 2.5 hours. Some of the furniture was not even wrapped. They also forced my TV into a box and ripped it because they rushed. They were very fast, but I wish they had slowed down to properly wrap everything and be more careful with my stuff. They didn’t want to be there and wanted to be done as fast as possible, sometimes being aggressive with my items to fit their schedule even though I booked them with plenty of time.
