The movers were late, stood idle for 15 minutes, and took 2.5 hours to do a simple unloading job they still didn’t finish. I paid for 3 hours which normally it only takes 1.5 hours, and they promised to return for the final 30 minutes, but never came back. I followed up multiple times. They kept making excuses, lies, then ghosted me. Finally, they said my job was not important, too small, and they preferred longer ones. I was lied to, ignored, and treated like my time didn’t matter. They had already been paid, so they simply didn’t bother finishing the work. Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and disrespectful. Avoid this company at all costs.
